Ruth Spencer subbed for Barb Garst during a lengthy hospital stay. Miss Spencer blushed and turned toward the board when she had to mention the name of one assignment, "The Rape of the Lock," which was actually about a lock of hair being stolen.
She said she could predict a future career for any student based on that individual's doodling in class. I gave her my abstract doodle, and she was speechless.
